Art That Tells a Story — From Every Angle

Artsy not Craftsy started the way a lot of creative journeys do, with a love that wouldn't stay quiet.

I've been a wildlife realism artist for as long as I can remember, it was always something I did for myself, for the joy of it. Life brought me into the role of stay at home mom, and for a while I channeled that creative energy into designing stickers for the blue collar niche. It paid the bills during a tough stretch, but it never quite felt like me.

What felt like me was watching tumbler makers bring designs to life on glass. I was obsessed; the colors, the scenes, the way a great wrap could transform something you hold in your hands every day. So I started learning seamless pattern design, and one thing led to another.

I started with repeating patterns, the kind you see everywhere. But pretty quickly I wanted more. I wanted the design to feel like you were looking at a scene, something that shifts and reveals itself as you rotate the glass. Something worth looking at from every angle.

That's what Artsy not Craftsy is now, tumblers designed with the eye of a realism artist and the heart of someone who genuinely loves this craft. Some designs use repeating patterns, but my favorites, and I think yours too, are the ones that tell a whole story wrapped around the glass.

Every tumbler is made with care, and no two collections look the same. I hope you find one that feels like it was made for you.
