Products

We make and decorate our tumblers in small batches using our own original designs and UV DTF transfers.

Because each item is individually prepared, slight variations in design placement, color, or application may occur. Product photos may also appear slightly different depending on lighting, screen settings, and photography conditions.

Orders

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase, including the tumbler design, size, quantity, and shipping address.

Once an order has been placed, we may not be able to make changes if it has already entered processing.

We reserve the right to cancel an order if an item is unavailable, a pricing or listing error has occurred, or circumstances arise that prevent us from fulfilling the order.

Handmade & Design Variations

Our products are individually prepared rather than mass-produced. Small differences between individual tumblers are normal and are part of the handmade nature of our products.

These variations do not affect the intended use or overall design of the product.

Product Care

Customers are responsible for following the care instructions provided with their tumbler.

Damage resulting from improper care, including dishwasher use, soaking, scratching, dropping, or exposure to extreme conditions, is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are handled according to our Return & Exchange Policy.

Intellectual Property

All original artwork, illustrations, graphics, photographs, product designs, logos, written content, and other creative materials displayed on this website are the property of our shop or are used with appropriate permission.

Purchasing a physical product does not transfer ownership or licensing rights to the artwork or design featured on that product.
