Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase! If your tumbler isn’t quite what you expected, we’re happy to accept returns and exchanges under the guidelines below.
Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your tumbler must be:
- Unused and in its original condition
- Free from scratches, dents, stains, or other damage
- Not washed, soaked, or used with beverages
- Returned with any included accessories and original packaging
Because our tumblers are individually prepared and decorated with our original designs, returned items must be in a condition that allows us to resell them.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on returns due to preference, change of mind, or ordering the wrong item.
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Please allow 3–7 business days after your return is received for your refund to be processed.
Exchanges
We gladly accept exchanges within 14 days of delivery, provided the tumbler is unused and returned in its original condition.
If you would like to exchange your tumbler for another design, please contact us before sending your item back. The customer is responsible for return shipping, and the replacement item will be shipped once the original tumbler has been received and inspected.
If the replacement item has a different price, you may be responsible for the price difference.
Damaged or Defective Items
We carefully inspect and package each tumbler before it leaves our shop. If your order arrives damaged or you believe there is a defect with the tumbler or design application, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos of the tumbler and packaging
If the item was damaged during shipping or there is a defect caused by our production process, we will work with you to provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
UV DTF Design Care
Our tumblers are individually decorated using UV DTF transfers. Small variations or minor imperfections may occur during the hand-application process and are not considered defects.
To help protect your tumbler and its design, please follow the care instructions provided with your order. Hand wash only. Do not soak. Do not place in the dishwasher.
Damage caused by improper care, dropping, scratching, soaking, dishwasher use, or normal wear and tear is not eligible for a return or replacement.
Final Sale Items
Clearance, promotional, and customized/personalized items are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
Please contact us with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
We reserve the right to decline returns that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
